- Create - All user in organization can create ticket by giving Title, Categoty, Priority and Description.
- Edit - Normal users can only edit it's Title, Categoty, Priority and Description, while admin can change status and assign ticket in organization by giving email too.
- Delete - All user can delete tickets which is create by own, when admin can delete any ticket.
- Updated ticket - Updated ticket will be visible on user and admin side.
- Email Notification - Automatically email will sent to admin when new ticket is created. Users will get notified by mail when ticket is in action mode.
