Documentation: Update badges.

Link to CocoaPods page, prior to CocoaDocs sun-setting.

Edit platforms: uppercase “OS”, switch to “macOS”, append “linux”.

GitHub’s new CommonMark-based engine has changes to “full reference links”, remedied by prepending a new-line.
