the creation dates should not be changed. After reverting those, recompile.

@Andrew-Chen-Wang I fixed the creation date and I made a script to automatically update the po file based on your idea

yea go ahead! @2ykwang if you can, check if 1.7.1 pyjwt still works. It'd be interesting to get our tox config to test both 2+ and 1.7.1. If that's possible, we can bump the minor version.
