This PR bumps molecule to the latest version and resolves some quality issues flagged in Ansible galaxy. I also opt'ed to drop the yum GPG repo metadata hack as, we should have the fix included w/ Ansible 2.7 which is the required version of Ansible for this role.
Good to merge if/when the integration tests pass.
