@jackboyla I took a quick pass through -- I don't see a simple way to test locally atm, am I missing something? If there's no quick test I can try to implement.
also I would suggest first using an off the shelf coref model like fast coref to inject coref indices for the document level relation extraction experiments. It will also help wire the code together if coref is "just there" from another source. So separate out : (1) experiments on conducting coreference resolution with GliREL, and (2) performing DocRE when coreference information is present, because for (2) you should have a baseline coref model anyway
