A Metalbond Client cannot withdraw a route it has announced previously.

https://github.com/onmetal/metalbond/pull/25 provides the implementation of this functionality. Due to the internal complexity, the logic, regarding when/how nexthops or entire routes are removed from metalbond under the cases in which withdrawing or receiving deleting route messages, should be double-checked.
