Addresses and close #2629
Add a specific check for Canal+ Polska, add new specific API for PL.
Might need to rework pl_channels.xml too.
Keeping it as a draft for that.
In addition, add necessary dependencies for the repository (and husky) to fully work in package.json.
This, in essence, does not break the tests, and the other countries aren't affected by this change.
