AE 2 doesn't have decomposition recipes, even though in the sources it appears intended that AE 2's quartz and charged quartz should be decomposible/sythesizeable.

On a potentially related note, a lot of the oredictionary classes don't seem to be referenced anywhere.

@natedogith1 The source is still based on AE, I should update that sometime soon
