suggestion: revamp revanced extended settings

i suggest you to keep only the headings for the options in revanced extended settings, and remove the sub-headings because they are the same as the headings with the word "related settings" added in each of them. this will make the settings have a look that is similar to official youtube settings, having only the title for each.

it will clear the clutter and make the settings look better visually.
