- re-arranged flarch wrt spawn_local, wait_ms - improved flmodules/template to make it a bit more logical
- Now it's possible for one node to ask another node to send out a proxy request - Added the feature to the frontend - Updated the frontend a bit

This adds a proxy module which can contact another node to do the download of a page.
