Background
By consuming (shared) base configurations, end-developers can lint their codemods against the latest standards.
I didn't introduce
@ijlee2-frontend-configs/typescriptdue to a bug inget-tsconfig>4.7.4, which appears wheneslint-plugin-importis present.
