Multiply power output by -1 as here output is Q to obtain the KPIs correctly for cost we need to multiply by -1

I have added some changes to the FCU model so that the airside is activated when used to preheat the building for MPC purposes. In the previous control the prfEmiHea could be activated however it did not activate the FCU completely, as it was only connected to the water circuit. Therefore, the heat could not be supplied to the zone as the airside of the fcu followed the internal control that depends on the TSet.
Furthermore, I connected the activation of the heating and cooling coil to the activation of the ahu.
