To be meaningful we can't queue the update pipeline before MAS is already installed
Just use CONFIGMAP_KEY=STATUS always

To be meaningful, we can't queue the update pipeline before MAS is already installed because the CLI inspects the cluster to determine what exactly to enable in the update pipeline.
