Disable service build optimization

Some users have reported the service as crashing.

While I have never been able to replicate this on any system I'm experimenting with disabling UPX optimization in case that is triggering an issue.

The trade off is build sizes will be slightly larger now.

The cuesor was actually one based off a bitmap from the game. This was the only asset that was like this and I should have replaced it earlier. This new asset is entirely origional.
