This PR updates to the latest version of
@hypothesis/frontend-shared.Once we merge this, all usages of
Selectwill be updated to the new look-and-feel.I will update the selects in the dashboard into
MultiSelectafterwards, so that we don't have a PR focused in one topic which introduces other side effects.
