What does this PR do?
Adds the
PretrainedTokenizerFastclass as a tokenizer toTOKENIZER_MAPPING_NAMESto fix this : https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/actions/runs/12900045095/job/35970056210and fixes an expected output for the nemotron test
