What does this PR do?

Upgrade to Trasformers v4.49.0.

Two new failing tests to investigate:

  • test_gradient_accumulation_loss_alignment_with_model_loss
  • test_gradient_accumulation_loss_alignment_with_loss_func

Before submitting

  • This PR fixes a typo or improves the docs (you can dismiss the other checks if that's the case).
  • Did you make sure to update the documentation with your changes?
  • Did you write any new necessary tests?
