Add Uhome for custom integration

U-tec recently released an API for their devices under the brand Uhome - this retains functionality of the existing Z-wave integration while adding broader support for devices across the U-Tec ecosystem

1. The provided brand assets are a product branding, not manufacturer branding. Please use the U-Tech branding instead.
2. The domain name isn't a valid domain: Uhome, as integration domains cannot contain capital letters. Please adjust this.
