log: Read the spec doc and familiarized myself with the current user flow of the MVP. Currently figuring out how the coaching metrics is integrated to the app. Need to clarify with some questions.

Based on my understanding, we are aiming to integrate a dashboard view/aggregate view of various coaching metrics for each team member. Clarification needed:

1. Are the coaching metrics exclusively accessible to team leads, or do they function as a leaderboard that all team members can view?
2. Are we only showing the data from the last 24 hours? or should it be adjustable through the interface?

1. For now, we aim to focus on leads. Later we will think about how to make certain metrics available for individuals so they can track their own performance.
2. We will need to have it adjustable. But that could be part of V2. What I mean is: Don't get stuck with making it adjustable if it takes too much time now.
