Food dairy

This project is meant to help track food you eat every day. It helps to make nutrition more healthier and balanced, correct mistakes.

It is partly inspired by IntuEat and the concept of 'rouitine' whichi comes from intuitive eating.

It is good for people recovering from eating disorders to eat breakfast which container carbs and fiber, 2 meals at day which contans all proteins, carbs, fats, fiber and something yammy; and 2-3 snack. Breaks between food should be 2.5-3h.

Also tracking what you eat gives people sence of control and better understanding of reasons and consecuencies.

This project was generated with Angular CLI version 11.1.4.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
