Where is a nif.xml that works with nifskope-dev8? #33

Someone please link to or share a nif.xml that works with nifskope-dev8.

Including the correct version of this required file in the source tree might be a good thing too.

Well -dev8, like dev7 doesn't load .nifs on my machine (aarch64) but the nif.xml version in the binary release doesn't give errors.

Using this one ..

Load function returns with success but a subsequent save yields a zero-byte file. No blocks visible in the program.
