What is wrong with the docs?
In the master README.md, Cabal-hooks is linked to as so:

 * [Cabal-hooks](Cabal-hooks/README.md): the library providing an API for the Cabal `Hooks` build type ([license](Cabal-hooks/LICENSE))

But in Cabal-hooks the file is named readme.md. Needs to be renamed to README.md to follow the rest of cabal

I am working on fixing this.
