Remove Reactive from the code as per task defined here:

To Dos:

Make sure that the new code uses the view model defined for the blank and highlight. These are two small files so should be too bad to use these views: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-advanced-blanks/tree/master/src/scripts/views
