(On the System Analysis level, there's no exchange crosses the borders of the system)

Existing Diagrams to extend:

  • [MCB] System Capabilities
  • [CSA] System Actors
  • [SFBD] Root System Function Breakdown
  • [SAB] System Architecture

New diagrams to create:

  • [ES] Orbit Entry Deployment Command Auto-Issue Scenario:
    • initial state (pre-orbit) {Pre-condition, do later}
    • detection of orbit entry by Control subsystem
    • communication of orbit entry to OBC
    • automatic issue of mode change command by OBC
  • (Optional) [SDFB] Functional Dataflow View of Orbit Entry Deployment Command Auto-Issue
  • (Optional) [SAB] System Architecture View of Orbit Entry Deployment Command Auto-Issue

Next steps:
when closing this issue, make a new issue out of the checkbox below:

add diagrams for OBC -Relayed and -Bypassing Mode Change:
- [OCB] System Capabilities
	- "Commanded Mode Change" is for this scenario
	- "Autonomous Mode Change" is placeholder for #8
- [OABD] Root Operational Activity Breakdown
- [OAB] Operational Architecture
- [OES] Commanded, OBC-Relayed Mode Change Scenario
- [OES] Commanded, OBC-Bypassing Mode Change Scenario

the two [OES] scenarios have the same "initiation" sequence;
- in -Relayed: the Comms timer is interrupted by the OBC response
- in -Bypassing: Comms times out due to no OBC response
