Breaking Api

• module lifecycle inlined into bindsx;
• add String resources bindings for TextViews and EditTexts;
• add postSet extension for Properties;
• make all bindings from bindsx extend LifecycleOwner instead of FragmentActivity/Fragment (except those receives view ids instead of views itself)
