list of things I've noticed that are not exposed

Here's the list of thigs that are not exposed in the cli yet:

• tsh agent feature set https://github.com/gravitational/teleport#ssh-access-via-proxy
  (I think it's important to higlight full backwards compatibility witb open ssh client and server)
• teleport start does not expose static and dynamic labels
• tsh ssh can not login via label ( however it can list and show labels)

Bonus/optional

• Proxy to OpenSSH access: thanks to our changes, teleport proxy can now ssh into standard OpenSSH machines if properly configured, we may highlight that in the docs if we want
