I think I've broken something in this (https://github.com/noursaidi/udmi/actions/runs/3752125229) so can push these pylint fixes and changes seperately once I've had a look (tomorrow my time) |

resolves pylint errors, also adds the .pylintrc to the udmi directory so it's picked up automatically by an IDE or pylint (but doesn't remove the pylintrc in etc/)
