The Bazel version has been updated to version 0.28.0. I have also added an option to force upgrading Bazel in the
setup.shscript, so you can force Bazel to be upgraded as part of the setup process:I have also fixed a few issues to prevent warning when compiling with newer versions of gcc/clang.
