Add repeatable clickable modifier and button

WHAT

Add repeatable clickable modifier and use it in a new repeatable clickable button.

WHY

• Repeatable clickable modifier was added in androidx compose material core but it is restricted be used by LIBRARY_GROUP only.
• The repeatable clickable modifier cannot be used by androidx.wear.compose.material.Button because onClick was also implemented in RepeatableClickable.

HOW

• We clone the Modifier.repeatableClickable to horologist
• And add a new repeatable clickable button to use this modifier.
