The
sampleMeshgridfunction is a doplicate ofstreamtubeversion which turned out not to be general enough to support different grid types.Please refer to plotly/plotly.js#4271 for more info.
Plotly.js library does not pass any input via
meshgridfeature.In that regard this PR removed the complexity from the
gl-cone3dmodule.@etpinard
