Weird sequences using fish when invoking fzf on startup

Setup:

• macOS 15.2
• Ghostty 5cb2fa6f using default configuration
• fish 29cddabf using default configuration, with ctrl-f bound to invoke fzf for easy reproduction

Reproduction:

• Ensure fish is set as the default shell for the user
• Launch Ghostty
• Immediately hit ctrl-f on startup to invoke fzf while things are still initializing
• Observe weird sequence

Depending on timing, it sometimes appears like this:

it's a fish issue (reproducible on any terminal that supports synchronized output), fish is not waiting for the XTGETTCAP response but it should - my bad
