Quick Terminal Open/Close Artifact on Second Screen

When opening & closing the quick terminal on an edge that is between two screens shows the quick terminal quickly on the secondary screen while it animates the slide.

This is on purpose. The animation requires that we place the quick terminal off the screen to animate it in, so if its animating in from another screen you'll see a flash. :) You can disable the animation to avoid this.
