Fcitx 5 IME toggle failed

I'm using Fcitx 5 on GNOME 46 (Arch BTW).
I've configured "Ctrl + Shift" to change IME, "Shift" to toggle (enable/disable) IME to input English.
But none of these key-bindings works in Ghostty.
I'm using defualt Ghostty key bindings.
I've to focus on some other text edit field and use one of the key combo then switch back to Ghostty to change IME.
Maybe related to #3279?

Yeah I'd say its related to #3279, there's plenty of problems we have to fix currently with fcitx.
