Typing 'exit' crashes ghostty with three open panes.

On Debian Gnome, running ghostty, then right-click, choose "Split Right". In new pane, right-click, choose "Split Down". Now, type 'exit' in then upper-right pane. ghostty crashes.

ghostty should close the pane corresponding to where 'exit' has been typed, expanding the pane on the bottom to become the new "Split Right" pane.

BTW, this is with the latest version (I pull/build everyday) so this issue has been around across recent versions.
