This is a follow up from getsentry/symbolic#734
Updating symbolic to v11 to get UI to show the "sources" flag on Portable PDBs with embedded sources, e.g. this debug image should have it:

Note: I am not sure about the official update process for
symbolic, this PR is on a best-effort basis.
