Renaming ReleaseHealthRequest to ReleaseListRequest.
At first, ReleaseHealthRequest was used on both the releases list and details page and we wanted to use it as a generic one in the future for all session manipulation. This component got too specific and it's now used only on the releases list page. The old detail page got removed and for generic purposes we have SessionsRequest.
