Update In-App Remix Getting Started content

Problem Statement

With the introduction of our new Remix wizard, we can update the in-product onboarding page to show the wizard command:

Solution Brainstorm

Soft blocked on getsentry/sentry-docs#7727 (so that we have blueprints what to do here).
Technically this can also be done before
