Ref: Build samples with the latest Sentry/Capacitor SDK (#513)

* rename build to buildandtest. add sample build script

* add yalc

* add ionic

* change run to macos

* install angular cli

* install rimraf

* install packages

* test only run yarn install and install yalcs

* ionic is required

* bad format

* Update .github/workflows/buildandtest.yml
