I'm not sure after two runs , but it seems to happen with 1.28.0, 1.29.2 and 2.2.3 (2.0.1 is fine)

Is that because it's the first one to kick off? Is there some resource constraint, like the 2.0.1 job is grabbing a lock and not releasing it?

This is because getsentry/sentry@53e38f4 - you should not have an interactive prompt when CI=1 or --no-input is passed. 🤦🏻
