Simple script to check all of your Sick-Beard 'Ended' shows.
Makes sure none are now set to 'Continuing' on TheTVDB.

Uses https://github.com/dbr/tvdb_api

usage: SBEnded [-v] [-h] [-f] -s <sqlite file>
   -s : sqlite file to use
   -f : fix local status
   -v : verbose
   -h : help
