Use qt@5 homebrew alias in CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH (#184)

The qt homebrew formula now refers to qt version 6, so use /usr/local/opt/qt@5 in the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH in the macOS build from source instructions. Related to osrf/homebrew-simulation#1245. Signed-off-by: Steve Peters <scpeters@openrobotics.org>
