1-st really stable version =)

This is first stable version of script.
Executing 'ts-rotate' doesn't give xinput error any more =Ъ ;
changed config file. Delimiter between options is ' : ' now;

Tested in Ubuntu, Ubuntu Gnome, Elementary OS, Linux Mint.
