fix: several minor fixes

Fixes

• Fixed photo placeholder display.
• Unregistered is the default GST Registration.
• GST Registration Type to GST Registration.
• In Journal Entry, Reference Date shows referenceDate not date.
• Scrollable Report Row values on overflow.
• Wider General Ledger cells for a few fields.
• Fixed checkbox overflow issue, chevron display won't get messed up cause of it.
• Changed Show Cancelled to checkbox
• Fixed checkbox design
• Changed Bills to Purchase Invoice; Sales Invoice to Invoice. Consistency!
• Removed all empty Selects if required = 1
• Show label as placeholder if no placeholder
• Journal Entry ask for confirmation, consistent message
• Scroll long db names
