fix: Using INCRBYFLOAT with a int param ,but return float value

Using INCRBYFLOAT with a int param ,but return float value. In fact , redis server will return int value when i put a int value.

I have cherry-picked your hincrbyfloat fix in #119, so your contribution is going to be merged into the main branch
