Categorise meme section into groups.

At this point there are 112 communities in this section and I haven't got around to doing that yet so now managing and browsing the section sucks. xd

Organised around a half of them and then I hit a wall not sure what to do with the rest. Will put it on hold and look at other issues in the meantime. If I come back to the section later with still no idea about what to do then I will just push it as it is and leave it to the community to organise the section.
