fully functional plot revamp cleaned up plotly works with new plotparams, removed patch switching logic refactored plotly more, cleaner adjusted structure source params and docstrings moved all plotly into main components plot_eps and all functions docstringed refactoring of plot params and data viz exploration moved plotly stuff to its own plugin fully consistent with old api and plotly is fully separated for 2D made a dash app prototype refactored app, added x,y,z a few basic data Plotly objects added jupyter app working simulation editor app for field data formatted editor a bit minor tweaks to sim data editor multiple tabs set min and max of sliderbar bounds sim_data app includes original sim plot and log file. refactored monitor data portion of app into UI components, working with simulation and field data, interactive app components and data are well architected fix bug
