Plotly Plot

Adds ability to generate plots in plotly.
simulation.plotly(x,y,z) -> plotly fig

Note: this needs to get cleaned up quite a bit and that notebook is just for testing.
This branch is mostly a prototype for web-based stuff.
let's not merge it until we know how that will play out.
