Hello everyone,

if the BBcodeTag URL contains a simple URL, e.g. www.flatpress.org, the URL is appended to the BLOG_BASEURL instead of displaying it as a separate URL.
The result is then incorrect:
https://flatpress-master-1324/www.flatpress.org

Reproduction:
Create a new entry with the content: [url]www.flatpress.org[/url]
Effect: The address is then displayed correctly, but then leads to nirvana.

New function: when using the url tag in combination with a file from the attachments directory, the attachs directory is hidden in the URL. (Idea of NWM and DMKE).

- unsave inline onchange html-method removed (file/ image selection)
- Fixes #442
