With the generator added in flatcar/scripts#1772 we don't need the manual setup anymore.

How to use
Testing done
Creating the config file worked, as also tested in the linked PR.
I think we could even add this config by default to prevent hitting out-of-memory errors with Kubernetes on small VM sizes.
