Met with @paulwhitby and @udalmik who confirmed this story is moving forward.

The team has agreed GitHub can be used to engage with the wider OSS community, but internal DB conversations need to happen about the openness of external DB conversations.

This is with @udalmik and @paulwhitby to move forward with the internal DB team.
